OLIVE OIL & OREGANO

Olive Oil & Oregano have brought the Greek idea of fast food to London with their new restaurant in Westfield, Stratford. The food is authentic, healthy and distinctly Mediterranean. Olive Oil & Oregano focus on the quality of the raw ingredients, which are carefully selected, such as the olive oil which comes from Olympia, to offer something unique in the fast food arena. The ingredients are also offered for sale in a deli-style operation and recipes are available so customers can create the dishes at home.

Railston were selected to install the project, following the concept design from London agency, The Yard Creative. The project involved all elements of a catering fit-out, as well as bespoke joinery, signage and marble cladding. The result is a polished, contemporary fast food outlet that is sure to prove popular and Railston looks forward to seeing further outlets open across the UK.
