RHYTHM KITCHEN

Railston were delighted to have the opportunity to work on a brand new Caribbean restaurant, called Rhythm Kitchen, as the first site was created in Westfield, Stratford. The restaurant serves up fun, tasty and healthy Caribbean Jerk cooking using authentic recipes from the ‘Jerkfather’, Del Dixon.

The restaurant design was created by London design consultancy, The Yard Creative, with Railston interpreting the concept for installation. The result is true to the original design, featuring a huge half oil drum extraction hood, kettle drum lighting and sound domes which play a choice of soulful music.

The restaurant is bright and inviting with displays of fresh food, a barbecue and a convenient buzzer system which tells customers when their food is ready. Railston look forward to seeing the brand expand to more locations in the future.
